Job Description - Opportunity to head the Fintech vertical of a leading Fintech company

Client Details :

Our client is a leading Agritech player in the Indian market

Description :

- Head the overall Fintech for the company

- Lead all verticals such as Business, Strategy, Sales, Credit as well as Collections

- Act as the CEO for the Financial Services arm of the company

- Head the end-to-end business for the firm

- Set up and further scale the lending (and Insurance) business for the firm

- Drive the overall strategy and tactical procedures for the company

- Closely work, collaborate and lead the technology and product teams

Profile :

- Experience in Agri or Rural Financing is must to have

- 10-16 years of overall experience in Lending; with current role as a Business Head in NBFC/Fintech company

- MBA from a Top Tier institute is an Added advantage

- Should be managed a P&L responsibility in a Agri or Rural Financing setup
