Head Sales - Fintech
Role :
- Acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines / sourcing new leads until engagement
- Propose effective sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Analyze competitive landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.
- Continuously engage with customers / stakeholders / influencers etc. in the ecosystem
Responsibilities : - Set up and achieve forecasted sales goals in consultation with the leadership team
- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
- Have a deep product understanding and be able to demonstrate our USPs
- Set up demo sessions with target customers
- Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain excellent relationships
- Provide market intelligence
- Represent the organisation in seminars, exhibitions, regulatory bodies / committees etc.
- On-board customers and continuously engage with them
- Closely work with pre-sales for sales bids - RFIs and RFPs
Requirements : - Immense experience in driving target & result-oriented sales plans and teams
- Great understanding of technology for business, given the fintech space
- Bachelor's/P.G in marketing, business or equivalent
- 10 + years of sales experience in the B2B space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge of Sales management and b2b pipeline management
- Familiarity with analytical, productivity and reporting tools such as MS Office / Asana / Slack / LinkedIn/ Power BI
- Fluency in English
- Influencing and negotiation skills
