Qualifications:

- Sales & Account Management Expertise: Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Leadership & Coaching Skills: Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to inform strategic sales decisions.
Educational Background: Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
