Mandatory Qualification : MBA
Sr Managers/AGMs with min 10-12 years overall experience in international/domestic FAO/KPO sales
The Sales head reports to CSO with a dotted line reporting to the CDO, FAO and will be responsible for the following activities:
Responsibility Actions Planned :
Core activity :
- Manage all FAO related sales & inquiry calls
- Continuous feet on the street for networking and building the sales pipeline
- Engage with the product team to continuously fabricate new products for the market
- Do sales pitches for potential customers/internal stakeholders
- Lead the lead gen activity and come up with new techniques of increasing the database of prospects
- Understand the market requirements and better position the existing product line on FAO
- Work on partnerships (technology/sales/delivery) to grow business
- Lead the discussion on all RFI/RFP's with the prospect
- Co-ordinate with the legal and pricing team to come up with a winning solution for all prospects
- Provide information to research agencies and strategise Minacs position in outsourcing
- Identify and recommend products for cross sell & up sell opportunities
Supporting Activities :
- Attend conferences and seminars to network
- Promote F&A centric blogs, newsletter and support other promotional channels to generate market visibility
- Work with the marketing team to improve Minacs position in all related searches for vendors
- Continuously strive to improvise the web content, sales pitches, marketing collaterals, brochures
- Regularly meet up or contact newly converted customers
- Continuously update existing customers with new capabilities developed and look out for additional/new business lines
Qualification : Full time MBA or Qualified Accountant
Experience : 7 years of strong sales background with a proven track record of selling F&A services to domestic/international customers for at least 3 years
