We are looking for candidates from general/heavy fabrication

- Handled b2b biz (It's a pure B2B Sales role)

- Must have Handled Domestic market, international market is added advantage

- Should have handled a team of 5 or more

- Candidate working on Lead Generation, New Account Management, Revenue Target

- Someone who have handled P&L Responsibility

- Need Profiles only from Manufacturing Industries for Fabrication only

Job Location -Bangalore

CTC - 25 L- 40 L (Depends on experience)

Qualification - Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical, Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering. MBA- Sales & Marketing

Experience - 12-25 years

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop a strong pipeline of Manufacturing OEM / EPC customers in India, North America and Europe.

- Lead and mentor our team of Sales Engineers and Managers.

- End to end Client support to ensure long term business relationship and business growth

- Work closely with Supplier Onboarding & operations team in providing inputs on on boarding requirements and forecast demand trends.

- Report and work with the CEO in enabling sales KPI's and creating a sales MIS system.

- Convene regular review meetings with customers to identify issues, resolve them & communicate progress being made on Work in Progress orders.

- Prepare customer acquisition plans, set sales revenue targets & achieve them.

- Work with founding team in building and developing the right growth strategy and revenue strategies.

- Report out to the founding team on review meetings and strategic updates.

- Set up an active Marketing and lead generation mechanism for both International and Domestic business.

- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.

- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.

Skill:

- Experience in B2B space & Manufacturing processes

- Experience / the ability to appreciate the role played by tech platforms towards enabling this digital transformation

- Knowledge on various manufacturing processes and experience of having worked directly with manufacturing OEM's.

- 12+ years experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)

- Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
