EasyBuild will change the experience of Consumers /Retailers/Distributors and Manufacturers from chaotic to 'Wow" with our Phygital approach.
EasyBuild is a first of its kind B2B2C digital commerce environment, powered by Metaverse, Phygital Endless Aisle Experience Centers, apart from the standard web, mobile interfaces. The Easy Build platform would organize the Home Building Material space, thus deriving efficiencies from of its existing value chain.
POSITION: A Sr. VP role for Sales Generation and Expansion through Franchisee route.
Head Sales and Expansion will be responsible for opening Experience Centers (EC) across the country and will ensure meeting sales targets through the ECs
The incumbent will have responsibility for franchisee scouting, due-diligence and onboarding, ensuring on time readiness of ECs and meeting sales targets of ECs.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify potential franchisees, interest solicitation, do a due diligence (financial and location), shortlisting potential franchisees for a location, feasibility analysis of location in terms of reach and revenue generation capabilities, finalize and onboard franchisees.
- Planning for successful development of ECs, Monitor and assure timely completion of ECs and its opening.
- Train the Franchisee team on all aspects of business
- Ensure all streams of revenue are established in the EC location by franchisees i.e. Reseller onboarding, Architect and Contractor onboarding, Demand Generation tools (Meta Van/ Bikes), Local logistics system, Local CRM team etc.
- Ensuring that the Franchisee is monitoring sales of onboarded stakeholders and number of active stakeholders such as Resellers, Architects and Contractors etc.
- Detailed revenue potential analysis of the EC location and defining sales targets for the EC
- Ensure target completion by the Franchisee team and smooth functioning of EC
- Anticipating and planning training needs for internal and external stakeholders such as Fulfilment centers, EC Store Team, EC Logistics Team, EC CRM Team, On ground sales team, etc.
