Job Title: Head Sales - ECH & Glycerin
Experience: 15 Years
Reporting: Business Head Advance Materials
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Business Size: 500 Cr
Sales: Domestic sales 75% and International 25% (Europe)
Traveling: 50 to 60% travel required
OBJECTIVES: Heading Domestic and International Sales for Epichlorohydrin and Glycerine
JOB ROLE:
- Develop short and long term strategy, plan and implement it for a profitable growth of the business
- Identify and analyse market opportunities in Epoxy resin market
- Will keep track of and map the Glycerine market in Pharma, Personal care and Food industries.
- Lead a team of professionals for glycerine and ECH
- Will understand and develop excellent relationship with all the stakeholders of the customers
- Lead efforts in market research to understand competition, growth, pricing etc
- Coordinate effectively with all internal stakeholders
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 10-20 years in B2B Sales/Marketing of Specialty chemicals preferably in the Epoxy resin and Coatings market
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
- Good business understanding
- Excellent technical abilities to understand resolve customer complaints
- Understanding of the value chain in ECH market
- Excellent project pipeline and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
GEOGRAPHY: Will be responsible for entire India region and exports
EDUCATION: Preferably a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with MBA
