Head of Sales - Enterprises

Job Overview:
- Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based client relationships that enable us to set a path to be the leader of Virtual Space creation on metaverse.
- Creates opportunities to grow the account base through innovative strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Develop new markets to achieve growth and penetration targets
- Identifying the key strategic challenges to generate leads and develop the engagement of our key accounts
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Land and expand; build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, on-boarding, activation, and expansion
- Establishing tie-ups with reliable channel partners & national accounts leading to deeper market penetration across brands globally
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
- Work collaboratively across teams; including Engineering, 3D developers and Marketing
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and Internally
