- Lead a 40+ member B2B Sales team selling within the Pan-India region.
- Manage a Revenue Quota of more than 10 Million USD (net new).

Description :
- Drive the sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and acquire new customers in India.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the Indian market
- Nurture relationships with key customers and partners in India
- Gather and work on market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Profile :
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Technology Sales (preferably SAAS).
- Must have managed a large team selling Pan-India.
- Must have managed a large portfolio of clients and revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse market trends and customer behaviour.
