- As Head of Sales for Energy Forecasting, Scheduling & Servicing, you will take care of the BU P&L and lead BD team. Your role will be to develop sales strategy, work with the team to enhance company's market offerings, and work towards growing company's market share and revenue.

The company holds a Category-1 Inter State Trading Licence and is now engaged in providing services to its Joint Venture Hydro Power assets in addition to successfully delivering on innovative and unique contracts with various companies across India. They are setting up a new team in Renewable Energy Forecasting, Scheduling and Settlement.
Description :
- Managing forecasting portfolio with extensive focus on business development and sales.
- Take commercial ownership, maximising the value of FSS business, utilising the expertise of relevant units in the company to expand this business further.
- Lead, manage and further develop a professional sales team for our forecasting scheduling and settlements business unit.
- Define, implement and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue generation of the business.
- Drive the continuous improvement of systems and processes toward customer relationship management.
- Ensure quality of after sales services and create value to customers.
- Develop and originate new innovative products to further grow the business.
Profile :
- 12+ years of relevant experience in a sales management including leadership role
- Excellent leadership skills paired with entrepreneurial thinking
- Demonstrable experience in achieving targets and driving sales growth
- Relevant work experience in the energy sector and/or possess the networks among power producers and big energy consumers, as well as industry associations, grid operators or service providers.
- Expertise in sales, negotiations and product development
