Job Description :


- Our client is looking to hire someone to lead the Sales function at a leading brand in study abroad admissions consulting. You will be responsible for managing 360-degree online and offline sales function.


- You will lead the expansion of revenue for the company, which is now expanding across India.

- Our client is a premium college counseling and education firm based in Gurgaon, India.

- The firms purpose is to get students into the world's top universities - Ivy League. The firm as an educational consultancy also provides services to NGOs and other organizations on projects related to social welfare.

Description

- As Sales Lead, the most important component of the role is representing the firm to clients (CEOs, top bureaucrats, and thought-leaders), understanding their needs empathetically.

- Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

- Design, implement and monitor the sales strategy.

- Generate prospective meetings via cold calls, association participation, conferences, and creativity through established relationships in the relevant eco-system

- Identify business opportunities by identifying networking opportunities and events

- Representing the firm to prospective clients and external stakeholders including but not restricted to schools and educational institutes.

- Create and cultivate sustainable and need-based partnerships with key stakeholders

- Establish, maintain and use clear and effective means of communication with Potential clients

- Responsible for the management of all program information and to ensure that it is up to date

- Identify any problems with sales channels and seek advice on their resolution from the Managing Director

Profile

- Experience of 1 to 2 years of experience in Channel Sales and Partnerships.

- Sales experience. MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 institute preferred.

- Candidates with selling premium products will be preferred i.e. Wealth Management to High Net Individuals, Luxury cars and Retail.

- Experience in selling ticket size of 10+L.
