- Understanding business performance by analyzing data, business trends; projecting demand, resource allocation, manpower efficiency & deployment, cost optimization and accordingly managing targets and related growth.
- Ensuring Products/Teams/Systems/Processes are developed in a way that promises growth and profitability.
This will entail :
- Developing and executing business plans to achieve enrollment targets and to expand the organization's customer (students) base.
- Spotting market opportunities regularly for new customers (students).
- Building a strategic business framework and pipeline of orders and revenues.
- Ensuring adherence to policies and process for procurement
- Overall Responsibility to drive growth and profitability for the organization
