We are hiring for our client-a leading Edtech company,
- Align the Sales strategy with the organizational strategy to ensure that all functions are driven towards the same goal.
- Be able to develop an execution plan for the sales strategy, top-down and bottom-up.
- In conjunction with all the allied functions, build a unified plan of execution, with clear priorities, resource allocation and feedback mechanism.
- Ensure that all the communication touch points for the customer communicate the same message as envisaged in the organizational strategy.
- Identify product opportunities and market trends in advance to help the organization build capabilities to harness the benefits and gain early mover advantages.
- Identify New Markets and prospect for potential business partners, who are strategically able to propel the organization into a growth trajectory.
- Build new Institutional and Corporate partnerships to reach the customers where they are and expand the market reach for the organization.
- Build efficiency in every business process by identifying key performance indicators and impacting them through specific interventions.
- Lay down measurable and qualitative standards of customer service delivery excellence and drive them to the last mile through SOPs.
