Our client a fast-growing learning platform offering various training programs for engineering students in Online, Offline and Hybrid training modes.

Their programs run throughout graduation making students IT-Career ready.

Position: Head of Sales

Location: Hyderabad - should be able to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

- Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory

- Handle B2B Sales

- Lead the Sales team

- Lead Generation through different channels

- Visit potential colleges and pitch company products and services to Training & Placement Officers /Deans/ Principals/HODs etc.

- Giving presentations & product Demo to colleges/universities

- Follow-up with colleges leading to conversions.

- Take complete ownership of the assigned territory

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- B.Tech / MBA with Min. 10 year of relevant experience

- Expert in business development, technology, sales and marketing

- Passion to interact with people with excellent communication skills

- Should have strong relationship-building skills.

- Should have passion for sales

- Willingness to travel across cities & states as required

- Prior B2B Sales experience in EdTech (preferable but not mandatory)
