Role: Head of Sales (EdTech & Software Product)

Education: MBA from Premier B Schools

Location: Noida (Delhi NCR)

The Head of Sales (EdTech & Software Product) is an integral part of the Leadership team and partner to the CEO, intranslating the growth journey of Client into institution building systems and processes. The role will lead and manage all Sales, Revenue growth systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Head of Sales (EdTech & Software Product) Following are the essentials:

- He shall be responsible for heading a team of Senior Sales Managers at zonal, regional, state and city levels.

- Should be based out of Delhi NCR, preferably within one hour commute distance from the office location in Noida.

- Should have excellent academic track record from institutions of repute, preferably with engineering background and an MBA in Sales and Marketing from a premier institution.

- Excellent communication skills, business planning, team leadership and proven track record in customer acquisition and revenue target achievement shall be a prerequisite.

- The position would require extensive travel across the country.

- The candidate's notice period should not be more than 30 days.

- Profile of Growth Management as Head of Sales (EdTech & Software Product)

- Drive overall top-line revenue, achieving annual growth targets for the business but also achieve a personal sales target themselves

- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders including local and international bodies

- Drive highly profitable operations through close management of the P&L with the Team and Management. Stakeholders

- Help to recruit and manage local sales and marketing teams, ensuring team's performance, engagement, efficiency and cohesion

- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to create brand value and awareness including building relationships with various media outlets

- Ensure collaboration between Sales and Marketing to achieve shared goals

- Revenue targets achieved/exceeded
