About the position :

Silverpeople is seeking an ambitious and dynamic sales professional to oversee our client's E-commerce business sales. You should be energetic, planned, good at people management skills. You will report directly to CXO of the company.

Leading in E-commerce sector, initiate and enable Small and Medium businesses (SMBs) to be successful in the e-commerce space. It has a strength of 500+ feet on the street team with a reach in 150+ cities in India. It runs with a vision is to enable Indian SMBs and make them successful in the fast-growing digital economy by creation and upliftment of SMB capabilities.

Roles & Responsibility :

- Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts

- Develop market in the region with potential business

- Participating in bids and drive pricing proposals

- Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels, develop new revenue streams and target to increase business from it

- Ensuring Timely billing and collection from customers

- Ensure billing reconciliation & payment conciliation on a monthly basis

- Monitor sales target Vs achievement reports & data presentation

Experience Relevant :

- More than 14+ years of experience in sales and leadership roles of large teams.

- Exp in end to end Team Management - Hiring, training, Performance monitoring etc.

- Preferred highly from Logistics / Courier Industry

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.

- Fluency in English is important along with awareness of local retail landscape

- Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets.
