- Building Strategy: Conduct market research, define target market and go to market strategy
- Directing Sales: Identify sales opportunities, set up meetings with potential clients and identify their pain points and concerns, deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and demonstrate ROI, Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Leading a Team: recruit Sales Reps with the required skill set, manage a team and grow people, construct a training program, define roles & responsibilities, manage individual's plans and targets
Additional responsibilities:
- Create frequent reviews and reports with the sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
