- To lead and manage a team of domestic sales people across india.

- Its a leadership role which involves extensive relationship management with key clients and driving sales team to build domestic Prime brokerage business.

- Person is expected to have strategic mindset, great relationship and selling skills.

- His ability to effectively managing team will be non negotiable attribute.

- Experience in capital market domain is an added advantage. Role will require deep understanding of products like Clearing, custodial operation, Loan against shares, Structured products and broking.

- Expect minimum experience of at least 8-15 years.

- Will prefer a person with good education background ( MBA from good institute or similar qualification

- Experience from institutions like - Private banks, Exchanges.

About Domestic Prime Brokerage Business :

Derivatives Clearing :

- Third Party clearing across all exchanges and all segments

Funding products :

- Loan against shares (LAS), Loans against commodities (LAC), Custodial based funding, IPO funding, Special Sit funding(Open offers, De listing etc.

Prime Broker for Domestic institutions :

- ALFs, PMS, Wealth management firms, (offer them custody, clearing, Research and trading platform)

Cross Selling :

- Other products like structured products, Funds, IE platform etc

Job Purpose :

- Leading the sales initiative for Domestic prime Brokerage business-managing pan India sales and product team (Team management, new hiring, developing new products, revamping existing offering etc)

- Extensive relationship management with clients (pan India)-exchange brokers, domestic institutions (ALFs, PMS, wealth management firms, wealth advisors etc

- Remuneration is not a constraint for the right candidate

Looking from : Capital market background is essential. Require thorough understanding of products like Derivatives clearing, custody, funding products etc
