Sales Head - Digital Signage Printing

- To promote to customers and develop channel in the identified territories.

- To focus on new markets for growth and market penetration.

- To act as key interface between the customer and company for pre-sales, queries, during sales, post sales follow-up and complaints etc.

- To understand competitor strategies and market intelligence.

- To meet agreed revenue and GVA budgets.

- To visit Customers, promote products, collect competition information and report back

- To demonstrate product and negotiate with customers to get orders

- To focus on customer satisfaction

- Reorganizing consumables business which includes Digital Offset Plates, Blankets, Press room Chemicals, Inks, Flexo Plates, Post Press Products like Lamination Film, Adhesives etc.

- Generate new Business in Digital Printing Segment and expand the product line.

- Work out a profitable business plan for each product

- Build a strong Sales Team

- Appoint and manage channel partners

- Interaction with Vendor Partners like Kodak, DuPont, Flint etc. to form a product specific strategy for business growth.

- Extend Technical Support and demonstrate new technology to the customers.

- Ensure revenue growth, customer satisfaction and profits for the organization.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- Around 5-10 years of experience in System integration (tech) with a flair for sales out of which should have 3-4 years' experience in Digital Signage domain to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship

- Should have techno-commercial experience from selling Security or ELV solutions

- Should have a strong network of System Integrators and Consultants

- Should have strong client relationship development and management skills

- Should be creative, self-motivated and excellence-driven with an ability to drive a team

- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills

- Should be willing to travel when required..
