Head of Sales - Digital Services


Looking to hire Sales Head for a leading Digital Service company in Bangalore.

The company currently offers solutions and services to Fortune 1000 companies in the USA and also develops and markets technology Products. Some of the areas of focus include:

a. Web content management, digital transformation.

b. eLearning and video development.

c. Commercial Analytics solutions

d. Life Sciences - product for website/brand management.

e. eLearning - product for various training needs.

Job Description

- Ultimately accountable for revenue growth in India and the delivery of Agile Teams/ Experiences for both the USA and India.

- Builds up and maintains a strong relationship with key management levels, stakeholders, and decision-makers.

- Ensures an effective sales organization and infrastructure to foster cooperation with other parts of the value chain.

- Guides, coaches, and challenges a cross-functional and multinational tender team, during the preparation of a winning bid strategy, tender responses, and contract negotiations.

- Leads the local sales team daily and ensures a safe and functioning work environment, team collaboration, performance culture, and adherence to Sales values.

- Acts as the main point of escalation, both internally and externally with domestic customers.

- Acts as the point contact for Top Management regarding all India-based personnel and sales opportunities.

- Builds relations with high-level contacts to increase India's business drastically.

- Provides regular reporting on Leadership Calls.

- Travel as required to meet clients and stakeholders.

- Responsible for all supporting activities including HR, Finance, IT, Hiring, and Facilities Management

Requirements :

- Proven experience in driving business in Digital space, growing revenue at national level /managing national Operations or equivalent position

- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

- Outstanding communication and people skills

- Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines

- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles

- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
