Job Description : Head Sales Development
Qualification : MBA (Sales and Marketing) must be from good institute
Reporting to : Head Sales
Location : Kolkata
Roles/ Responsibility:
Will be responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline, converting this in to new business and managing existing client accounts to realize their full potential.
Candidate drives sales competencies to internal and external sales teams in the Area organization
Will be responsible for Sale Automation Process.
Demonstrated ability to build systematic Sales process through Goal Alignment, Lean in Sales & Automation.
Overall responsibility for the development and execution of all long and short term Sales Development strategies.
