About the Role :
- Candidate will be responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline, converting this in to new business and managing existing client accounts to realize their full potential.
- Candidate requiring to always ensuring customer delight at the heart of each product discussion.
- Candidate will lead the entire Go-to-Market and end-to-end sales process
- Candidate will be responsible for Sale Automation Process.
- Demonstrated ability to build systematic Sales process through Goal Alignment, Lean in Sales & Automation
- Exceeding and meeting sales targets and other KPIs to successfully manage the P&L
- Managing and developing new and existing accounts in one of the above mentioned sectors
- Liasing with industry influencers & strategic partners to identify new business leads
- Working collaboratively with Product R&D and Services innovation teams to aid product development through customer insights
- Develop marketing collateral, participate and organize events to drive business development and sales
- Providing competitor intelligence/market intelligence and contribute to all sales meetings
- Being a team player and contributing to a professional and balanced working environment
- Overall responsibility for the development and execution of all long and short term Sales Development strategies and Sales process improvement initiatives ensuring growth objectives in the zone Drive innovative methods to achieve optimum market coverage, distributor capacity and productivity goals to ensure leadership in all categories.
Sales Capability Development :
- Candidate drives sales competencies to internal and external sales teams in the Area organization
- Responsible for deploying global process to improve sales competency and value selling capability of internal sales teams, Field force, retail sales staff, trade partners, consumers and trainers
- Manage budgets include localization, trainer costs, training delivery and platform usage. Manage training vendors, localization needs, training coordination and trainers resources.
- Define and monitor performance metrics to drive clear and measurable improvements in program performance and efficiency.
- 13-16 Years ( Out of which minimum 4-5 years of Sales Development working experience)
- Candidate should have an exceptional understanding of their area. They should continuously strive to improve that knowledge and keep up-to-date.
- Check for a sound understanding of modern management techniques applicable to their field.
- Excellent oral & written Business Communication skills in English (reading, writing, verbal and listening).
- Ability to establish credibility with business partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of Region consultative sales, business development or account management experience. If working in head office will be preferred.

- MBA (Sales and Marketing) must be from good institute
