Main tasks and functions:
Provides:
- Implementation of the sale plan.
- Control of the work of the entrusted personnel.
- Reducing the turnover of the department, increasing the duration of the manager's work cycle.
- Increased sales.
Performs the following functions:
- Research of the target audience of the market, search for new customers, monitoring of competitors.
- Development of a strategy for the sale of the company's services.
- Formation of budgets and growth plans.
- Listening to managers' calls, recommendations for improving their quality, control of execution.
- Development of a financial motivation system for managers.
- Adaptation, training, motivation of the team.
- Development and improvement of the methodological base of the department (scripts, regulations, training materials, etc.
- Interaction with the marketing department, IT department and other back office departments.
- Regular reporting.
- Performing other related tasks.
What will be an indicator of good performance:
- Achieving sales goals (design and manufacture of special technological equipment, electronics development).
- Over-fulfillment of sales plans.
- Performing your own KPIs.
- Trial period (IP).
