Job Description:
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share in the skincare segment. You will be lead a team of sales professionals, establish key relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What you will do:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive national sales strategy for skincare products, aligning with overall business objectives
- Identifying market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth within the skincare pharmaceutical sector
- Setting ambitious but achievable sales targets and performance metrics
- Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing national sales team
- Providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing continuous improvement and professional development
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners
- Conducting regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues proactively
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
- Identifying and exploring new business opportunities, channels, and market segments to expand the company's skincare product presence
- Working closely with regional sales managers to implement localized strategies that align with the national sales plan
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market share, and key performance indicators for presentation to senior management
- Developing and managing the national sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives
- Monitoring expenses, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions as needed
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with industry regulations, ethical standards,and company policies
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on skincare products
- Strong understanding of the skincare pharmaceutical market, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market research
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
