Sales Head - Dairy & Beverages
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with extensive experience in Business Development to develop our Dairy & Beverage category business in India.
- This role will be responsible for growing their account portfolio by solution selling and leveraging Flavors extensive portfolio of Dairy & Beverage flavor solutions.
- You will build cross functional relationships with key customers and achieve annual budgeted revenue, volume and profitability targets for the category
- Develop & drive growth for the category for domestic B2B businesses as per company's growth plans
- Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Develop collaborative & cross functional relationships within the customers' organization including the senior management team, R&D, QA, Marketing and Procurement etc.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customers, markets, competitors, and trends to identify actionable insights.
- Identify new sales opportunities and ensure a strong pipeline of new business with existing and new customers.
- Ensure the smooth execution of projects by managing the pipeline proactively across functions and business units.
- Development of proactive customer campaigns with Marketing and R&D that create significant value for the customers.
- Monthly reporting, budget preparation, concept presentation, quality brief generation, effective communication with the customers, updating monthly progress on projects, price negotiation, forming yearly contracts in some cases will be some of the regular activities for this position.
- Minimum 12 years and above of sales experience gained within the Ingredients or Flavors industry (B2B / HORECA sales).
