- Build a professional (selling to salons) sales team - Division 1
- Build a modern trade led retail business - Division 2
Currently professional division is operating in south, with ASM heading in every state, which needs to be beefed up. Retail products are getting ready for launch in 4 months and the division needs to be built from scratch
- Needs an attitude and willingness to dirty the hands
- Patience to handle & nurture the frontline sales team
- Fire in the belly to build faster
- Resourcefulness to build long lasting team
- Burning ambition to get compensated for the Business Generated
- Being street smart in achieving results, who can live in current moment
- To relocate / be based out of Chennai and willingness to work in a office where you need to make your own coffee.
- Capability to scale sales team to All India
- Should have worked in South and Non South Markets as ASM or above
- Should have handled a planning function
- Current Position not less than a zone of 4 states. Experience of atleast 4 years as head of East/West/North or South (region comprising of atleast 4 states)
- Exposure to Multiple channels - Fragmented or Open Trade, Super stockist, Modern Trade, CSD, Beauty Advisor Operations (shop in shop) OR Professional business (selling to salons)
- A steady track record successive few years in companies worked, growth within a company
- Headquarter in Chennai
- Thorough knowledge of sales processes and control
- Sales team motivation
