Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales for North India to lead our sales operations in the region.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving growth and managing key sales channels for our consumer electronics business.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in channel sales and dealer management, with a proven track record in the consumer electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Manage and expand our network of dealers and channel partners across North India.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Manage the P&L as per companies guidelines.
Work with operations team for smooth customer/partner experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective after-sales support.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 12-14 years in sales, with a focus on channel sales and dealer management in the consumer electronics sector.
Location: Based in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
An MBA is a plus.
