We are looking for a professional who can help us in managing the complete set of Sales Business / Sales Support / Sales commercial / Planning / Sales Forecasting.

Please go through the job details below for more clarity.

1. The Incumbent shall actively engage with the Regional Sales Team, and guide them appropriately to ensure that commercial objectives and policies of the organization are met.

2. Work closely with the Manufacturing, Materials Team to ensure smooth and timely availability of Finished Goods

3. Provide active support to VP Sales & VP - MTD for meeting commercial & supply chain objectives on

- Forecasting & Commercial planning

- Inventory of Finished Goods

- Receivables Management & DSO

- Heads the Customer service team

- Managing Logistic & Transportation portfolio

- Capex for Sales & Marketing Teams

- Revenue Expenses for Sales & Marketing Teams

- Margin Management

4. Play a key role in preparing Sales & Marketing MIS

- Collate, analyze the data from the Regional Heads

- Market Share Analysis and Market Growth reporting

- Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Sales Projections

- Annual Sales Budgeting and base sales information for Long Range Planning (LRP) exercise.

5. Have regular engagements with Cross Functional Teams & Finance to review, monitor and work on corrective actions on the above.

6. Guide the Sales & Commercial Teams on commercial and regulatory issues involved in the - Order to Cash- process.

7. Play a key role in owning and driving the ISO Objectives for the Sales & Commercial Team

8. Play a key role in the Organizations ERP initiative from Marketing & Sales Perspective.

9. Actively engage with Customers & regions in resolving important customers commercial / supply issues.

Specific responsibilities include :

Planning :

- Prepare the Long Range Sales Plan for three years based on inputs from Sales Team and guidelines of VP Sales & VP MTD

- Collection and Collation of monthly Sales Rolling Plans from Sales into Production and Inventory plans.

- Work closely with the Manufacturing, Materials Team to ensure smooth and timely availability of Finished Goods.

- Actively engage with Materials Team to ensure critical RMs are available as per rolling plan.

- Fix Min / Max inventory levels as per guidelines and align Production plans with Inventory

- Create and monitor action plans on Slow Moving Inventory and alarm stocks.

Order Processing & Execution :

- Manage Order & DI processing through team of Sales Coordinators.

- Monitor Order Execution Time

- Manage Sales Return process till Credit Note is passed

Manage Domestic Transportation of FG and Returns :

- Conduct Negotiations with Transporters and ensure cost effective Freight and transportation management

- Track the status of FG shipments through Sales Coordinators.

ERP and Audit Process

- Play the Key User Role for Sales & Distribution Module in the SAP Implementation

- Manage IMS Documentation & ensure Compliance

- Ensure Compliance on Internal Audit observations.

Receivables Management :

- Track & Manage Receivables and Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) monitoring for the regions.

- Recommend & implement appropriate corrective measures in consultation with VP Sales.

- Play a key role in clearances of Supply based on receivable status.

- Manage the process of Customer receivables reconciliation and credit note generation in coordination with Finance.

- Manage the process of payment Follow ups through the team

- Review Credit Limit of customers periodically and fix the same

- Track Security Covers, BG Renewals

- Track Sales Tax forms and Follow up and reconciliation of Receipts

Exports :

- Prepare Export Offers and handle commercial queries on the same.

- Handle complete export documentation through Sales Coordinators

- Manage International Freight Forwarders through Sales Coordinators

- Verify LC Terms & Conditions compliance with support from finance

- Address delivery related queries of Export customers

Others :

- Play a key role on Price Structure - RSP, Discount, MRP Fixation based on guidelines of VP Sales & VP MTD

- Responsible for Intimating Price Changes to Finance Accounts IT

- Responsible for implementation of actions on Packing / Labelling and Legal Metrology

- Report the Market shares of various Business Lines after taking inputs from sales and MTD teams in the - STEP- Process once a year

Sales Promotion :

- Manage the preparation of Technical Literature & Sales Promotion exercise

- Manage the process of organizing Exhibitions and Conferences through the Sales Coordinators.
