We are hiring for Head of sales role for a Co-Living space start-up. The candidate is should have managed large sales team in b2b and b2c domain. Candidate with Digital sales would be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- Lead generation & sales conversion : Identify the right channels and source various sales opportunities through inbound lead follow - up, outbound cold calls and emails.
- Sales training and monitoring : To make sure that the property as well as office - based teams are thoroughly trained for customer centricity and sales conversion; monitoring and driving their performance.
- Data analysis and insights : Measuring key metrics and insights to drive improvements, efficacy of campaigns vs targets achieved. Every initiative should have a forecasting of the customers targeted and a detailed analysis of the actual customers converted.
- Team managing and reporting : Building the right team and managing them to ensure that the monthly, quarterly and annual targets are achieved.
- Meeting occupancy targets for all properties across India.
- Efficiency of lead generation through offline and online marketing.
- Efficiency of lead conversion through on - site effectiveness.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth, both long-term and short-term.
- Educating sales team with presentation, seminars and regular meetings.
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
- Provide ongoing support to distribute and produce the product or service.
- To ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
- To maintain and expand customer base by counselling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- To ensure the area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's success in the long run.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in a business related discipline from a Tier 1 college.
- Prior experience in a new age startup firm would be preferred.
- Must have a B2B, B2C & Digital Sales experience.
- 12 - 15 years of proven work experience, presently at the position of a Sales Head / Regional Sales Head would be preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem solving attitude.
- Availability to travel when required.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
