1. Head of Sales & Account Management - New acquisitions and Account Management.

2. Own and exceed annual sales targets across domestic and international territories.

3. Provide bid management support for opportunities.

4. Tracking outsourcing opportunities through organic lead generation, targeted campaigns as well as peer networking.

5. Develop and establish Sales best practices that align with business initiatives and organizational strategies

6. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

7. Responsible and accountable for developing and executing business strategies to deliver growth in accordance with the strategic plans

8. Responsibility for new business development, negotiations and commercial contracts in line with proposed budgeted growth

9. Review reports on the status of contracts indicating status about financial situation and provide guidance and recommendations for improvements, working closely with the COO to assess against budget.

10. Map the accounts to have a ready reckoner of process owners, influencers, gatekeepers, decision makers etc.

11. Guide the Sales team in proposal / presentation preparation, review the proposal / presentation from customer challenge & solution offered perspective.

12. Guide the solutioning team in researching the customer current situation, challenges & areas of improvement, finding out the solution to the challenges, design the solution, and review the solution for final presentation to client.

13. Execute the contract with new clients and renew existing contracts.

14. Motivation, Retention & Sales Team Management through Coaching, mentoring & leading by examples.
