Description - A leadership role heading a key GA ( Geographical Area) while reporting directly to the President of one of the fastest growing companies in the City Gas Distribution business in India.

Job Description :
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals - Domestic customer, CNG, and Industrial & Commercial sale of natural gas
- Provide leadership to marketing team in GA
- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitability in GA
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support the company sales objectives
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Achieve compliance in financial control and coordinate flawless safe operation
- Organize customer awareness programs to improve Household, CNG, Industry and Commercial conversions in each GA
- Develop relationship with State authorities & other stakeholders in the business
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company's leadership team and other company functions
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Participate in meetings with Key customers and partners, and to develop key relationships
- Resolve customer complaints and improve customer service in GA
- Coordinate with VP Project and Head of Engineering for flaw less operations
- Introduce technology and improve efficiency through innovation
- Improve sales through implementation of new natural gas-based applications & equipment
Profile :
- Experience of 20 - 25 years out of which at least 10 - 12 years should be on a senior position in a medium/ large organization in City Gas Distribution.
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Excellent executive presence with a track record of leading teams and working closely with policy makers, senior officials of big industrial customers.
- An extremely hands on sales and marketing leader with a stable career path a must.
- Should be able to handle commercial matters with good communication skills
