Head Sales Required for a Large Specialty Chemical Organization ! Mumbai
Our client is one of the leading manufacturer & distributors of specialty chemical products related to Food Ingredients, Flavours, Emulsifiers, Hydrocolloids etc. They are looking for a Head of Sales for Mumbai.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Lead Sales of specialty chemicals in Global & Domestic markets
- Strategic planning
- KAM & Distributor Management
- Manage products and Ensure Growth for Specialty Chemical business
- Drive New Business in domains of Personal Care, Food, Home Care etc
- Prepare Annual Sales & Marketing plans
To qualify for this position you should:
- Be a B.Sc (Chemistry) or Chemical Engineer or similar
- Have 15+ years of exp in B2B sales in specialty chemical industry.
- Have at least 5 years of exp in sales of specialty chemicals related to food, flavors & allied industries
- Have exp in developing customers for FMCG, Food chemicals, Personal care, Home Care, Soaps etc
- Preferably have a global exposure
- Possess excellent communication & decision making skills
- Be currently from Mumbai or ready to relocate
