Position Overview:
The Cable Conductor Sales Head is responsible for leading and overseeing all sales activities related to conductors in the cable sector. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and establishing strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.

2. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.

4. Sales Operations:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

5. Strategic Planning and Forecasting:
- Develop annual sales budgets and forecasts in alignment with company objectives.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor degree in business administration in sales and marketing, engineering, or related field. Master degree is a plus.
2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the cable industry or related sectors.
3. Strong understanding of conductor products, cable manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
