Our client has a network of over 2000 stores and presence in 181 cities across 17 states.
They plan to seamlessly integrate their offline and online retail network of FMCG, Non-Food FMCG and Staples categories with advanced internet infrastructure for their in-house private label product.
To lead this "new business project" they are currently looking for a senior Sales & Distribution channel leader who would directly work with the CEO of the entire group.

Role :
- Look into expansion of distribution network comprising kirana stores, distributors and sub-distributors. Monitoring distributor performances and ensuring optimum ROI
- Candidate must be a self-starter and should know the art of managing stakeholders in a fairly large organization
- Responsible for defining the revenue growth strategy
- Working with key stakeholders to achieve revenue targets
- Leading team for running successful process operations, developing procedures and service standards for business excellence
- Managing channel development and effectiveness
Requirements :
- Capability to create business from scratch
- Candidates must be willing to be based in Mumbai
