Job Description:


- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.


- Prepare and develop the Business Strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction and translate the same into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual plans.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective Clients.

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

- Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company requirements.

- Responsible for developing and implementing an integrated marketing and sales concepts and methodologies plan for entire range of products.

- Monitor Sales and BD activities and processes of the organizational departments on a weekly basis.

- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

- Identify new business opportunities and partners. Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.

- Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.

- Ensure smooth inter departmental coordination, flow of information.

- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.

- Driving Negotiations, relationships with vendors & customers.

- Driving Sustainability initiatives and Corporate Budgets.

- To Increase and Drive sales by creating New Customer Base and to increase Sales via various Channels like Online E-Commerce, Brick & Mortar, B2B - HORECA and Institutional Sales.

- To Prepare Client Presentations as well as co-ordinate with the NPD Department for any Product Demonstrations for Current/Prospective Customers.


- To Forecast YOY Sales before the start of each Financial Year and keep a track on the Budgetary allocation to achieve set Targets.
