Head - Sales & Business Development - Healthcare

- Science Graduates Preferably with MBA , having excellent communication skills both verbal and written, experienced in and responsible for :

- Sales Strategy& Planning

- Sales forecasts to ensure successful and timely achievement of sales goals across all regions

- Develop / maintain excellent professional relationships with key prospective and existing customers

- Mentor team members

- Drive the development of Manpower plans for the national sales team

- Experience of having driven business worth more than 200 cr

- Experience of having lead a P& L role at least for the 3-5 Years

- Drive decisions on pricing, positioning and brand extensions

- Lead periodic reviews

- Enable tracking and analysis of sales performance and develop corrective plans

- Ability to handle multiple stake holders and work I fast paced environment

- Experience in high end Medical Equipment or devices will be a big advantage

- Experience in Medical Equipment or Medical Devices is mandatory.
