Location : Gurgaon
Education Qualification : Graduate & Post Graduation (Passed out from Premier Institute)
Years of Experience : 15 to 20 Years
Industry Preference : Paints / FMCG / Plywood / Consumer Durable / Telecom / Hardware / Building & Material
This position is a Leadership role, would be responsible for driving PAN India Sales Revenues, working very closely with the seniors on Strategic Planning, market expansion, channel management, budgeting, manpower resource planning & achieving the organization's objective.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensuring that Sales Target is Achieved & managing the annual forecasting
- Managing a team of Regional Heads, Zonal Heads
- Market Expansion, implementing sales strategies,
- Smooth Coordination between Sales, Logistics & Production team
- Managing Budgets, Training& Development, incentive planning
- Ensuring smooth operations within proposed budget & manpower resources
