NATIONAL SALES MANAGER - WEST & SOUTH Reportees - RSM / BM / ASM Base Location - Bangalore Internal Grade - GM / SR. GM / AVP Key Result Areas: - Conceptualizing and implementing best practices & techniques to ensure sales & operational excellence of B2B & OEM business processes - Will be responsible for managing the Sales Operations of business for Veneers (Recon & Natural) across South & West Zone - Maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations (Dealers, Channel Partners, Influencers, OEMs, Architects, Contractors, Carpenters) for ongoing business and profitability. - Will be responsible for Steering the Influencer Management Program to tap the Contractors and Architect program, the 2 critical influencing communities for the category - Devise & effectuate go-to-market strategy of introducing products to win mutually beneficial deal; pioneering business development to enhance revenues by identifying market opportunities - Creating a competitive cost structure, increased efficiency, enabling business expansion and providing the analysis and insight needed for superior decision-making - Working on sales strategy and creating different avenues in channel sales keeping smother business output with profitability; having updating information on channel partner's market penetration and competition - Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for driving sales; developing & expanding distribution for achieving of revenue & profitability targets - Collaborating with sales group to ensure accurate sales reporting & forecasts; analyzing sales data to spot trends & compare against forecasts - Establishing strong relationships with strategic partners to conceptualize and commercialize the business ventures and aligning stakeholder needs with business objectives along with cost containment - Developing & nourishing relations with the leading furniture OEMs across both zones The role includes high level of visibility to leadership with significant internal stakeholder management to deliver results. Some of the key internal interfaces are: - Sales leadership - Executive Director, COO of the Decorative Division - Sales team for the Zones - Category Managers - Digital & analytics team, Operations team, Finance, HR, SCM, PMG, Factory etc.
