Sales Head (Liquor) :

- To ensure achievement of Sales Strategy in the States/region under control, as allocated by the company, by successful management and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Creating and driving the sales strategy of the state.

- Building and developing the go to market strategy while expanding distribution channels.

- Achieving business plan targets to increase the profitability & market share

- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure there are synergies between the two functions

- Being a part of cross functional and business activities

- Achieving other targets of business plan through pricing strategy & budget management

- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and

- Recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.

- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and stretched targets for territories in support of State volume and market share objectives with inputs from Senior Management Team

- Maintains and expands customer base by leading territory sales executives; building and maintaining rapport with customers and distributors; identifying new customer opportunities.

- Promotes range selling within the given territories by leveraging his team for profitable growth volume.

- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

- Responsible for New Product Launch & making it successful

- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

- To design and implement trade schemes and do collections.

- Planning and executing promotions at state level for all brand

Qualification And Experience :

i. MBA with at least 10 years of experience in sales and distribution within the alcohol industry and have the experience of overhauling distribution networks.

ii. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills.

iii. You must be driven by values and have the ability to facilitate organization culture.

iv. You will be working with the top leadership team and will drive the expansion plans of the organization in one of the most important markets for them.

v. Solution Oriented

vi. Should have team Management experience
