Job Description : Sales Head - BFSI
Role and Responsibilities :
- To Open Opportunities within The BFSI Segment For The Range Of The Organization's surveillance solution and services
- Aligns the sales organizations objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets
- Identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and formulate effective strategies to penetrate new markets and industries
- Leverage connects and relationships within the BFSI market to ensure & build a steady pipeline of customers from the BFSI segment
- Provides leadership to the sales organizations management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior
- Continuously review and optimize sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and improve win rates
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of competitor
- Build and lead a high-performing global sales team, including sales managers and representatives across multiple regions
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability
- Set clear performance expectations, establish sales metrics and KPIs, and monitor individual and team performance regularly
Skill Set & Personality Traits :
- Should have a pleasing and smart personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Must have excellent leadership and People management skills and should have lead team members in past
- Must be Ethical, Process oriented and driven by results
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to develop and maintain string relationships at the CXO level of customer organisation
- Strong exposure to BFSI segment
- Strong exposure to relationship sales and working with System integrators. Channel sales exposure will be an added advantage.
