Strategy
- Entire responsibility of AIB channel delivery, in-charge of developing targets, driving teams, enabling sales improvements, examining growth opportunities.
- Strategize sales roadmap, create sales action plans to deliver business goals
- Create weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and keep senior leadership apprised of the progress
Execution & Delivery
- Establish a daily, weekly and monthly review rhythm with regional teams to drive discipline and number delivery
- Build processes to ensure business delivery consistently grows
- Derive insights from ground, collaborate with cross functional teams and convert into business actions to solve structural sales problems
- Build sales as a low cost distribution channel and induce frugality as a culture within teams
- Quality focused and enable brand protection through best sales experience on the ground Org building
- Hire, mentor city/regional/zonal leadership across 100 cities scale to deliver sales excellence
- Coach, Inspire and lead your team to success through regular feedback and training
Skills:
- High level of ownership, execution rigor and span control
- Ability to engage and influence people cross functionally
- Should be obsessed with targets and has a strong attitude towards winning consistently
- Can think of both tactical and structural problem solving
- Ability to identify problem statements & solutions, strategize and set sales vision for short and long term and drive action plans
- Ability to build zonal and regional teams
