- To achieve Volume objectives, Market share objectives, Quality objectives & To manage the Internal & External Environments.
Specific Competencies/Skills Required :
- Analytical skills, communicating effectively, Decision Making, Enhancing and sustaining performance of others, initiating action, leading a successful team, Planning & Organizing.
Language Proficiency :
- Oral and Written proficiency in English, Knowledge of Local language will be an added advantage.
IT Knowledge :
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Level of Responsibility :
1. Volumes & Market Share - To achieve CSD & NCSD Volumes and Market share targets. Focus Brand/Pack Volume, Focus Brand/Pack Contribution, Focus Brand/Pack Market share targets.
2. Financials - To achieve the Targeted Gross Revenue & PBT and maintain the Targeted Savings/Expenditure under Cost Heads.
3. Plant Operations & Quality - Coordinate with plant Operations head, Quality head for proper product availability & quality issues.
4. People Management - To achieve Team productivity targets and manage Capability Building, Incentive Plan, & Performance Management.
Critical Challenges :
- To manage the Organization in a high growth environment and retain control despite poor back end controls.
Key Customers :
- Internal Region Office
- External Distributors, Local Government Authorities, Vendors, Local Community.
