Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Expected to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives within the assigned region.
- Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code of ethics.
- Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of Sales.
- Overseas Sales Exposure.
- Business Development, Sales Forecasting, Sales Planning.
- Client Servicing.
- Revenue Generation.
- Vendor Management
- Techno Commercial Operation.
- Responsible for Sales, support and marketing policies.
- Responsible for International Business.
Liasoning.
- Controls Expenses to meet Budget guidelines.
- Talent Development.
- Area of Specialization – B2B Sales, Commercial Printing.
- Responsible for planning, directing & controlling all sale &support activities.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)
- Post Graduate/MBA/PGDBM- Sales & Marketing
- Degree/Diploma in printing+10Yrs. Of Experience preferably in commercial Printing
- Requires 20 – 27 years’ experience
- Candidates with Media and Printing Industry Experience will be given additional consideration
- Experience selling complex solutions and services.
- Self-motivated and competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced negotiator, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Well versed in technologies surrounding the Commercial Printing industry
- Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations, ability to write and direct proposal preparation, experienced in objection handling and negotiating.
- Excellent Team Player – should have handled atleast 10 – 15 people
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
