Our leading client is looking Sales professional with extensive experience in Business Development, B2B & Corporate Sales exposure

Client: Leading Media House

Designation : Head- Sales & Business Development

Reporting to : National Head

Location : Delhi NCR and , Chennai

Job specification:

- Candidate should have worked in multiple industries & should have good exposure in Sales.

- Extensive experience in relationship management

- Proven leadership & ability to drive sales team

- Strong leadership quality with good communication & interpersonal relationship qualities

Qualification: MBA

Experience: Above 10 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales strategies; analyzing trends and results.

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
