Description
- Develop and build new strategic partnerships with Banks and NBFCs.
- Key Account Management for Banks for New Business Opportunities / Enhancements
- Negotiating deals with vendors, clients, banks and NBFC
- Stakeholder management across levels and functions
- Core Focus on business development, promotion and brand building
- Define metrics for monitoring the performance & effectiveness of the existing alliances
- Development of deep understanding of value generated through the alliance and working on programs to accelerate impact.
- Manage end to end relationships and drive growth through existing as well as new relationships
Profile
- 7-14 years of experience in Alliances/Sales role (with Banks/NBFC)
- Preferably from a Fintech setup
- Has strong relationships with Banks/NBFCs across India
- Tier 1/2 MBA
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
