Key Accountabilities:
1. Accountable for achieving Sales target through a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers & DST's and through assigned relationship's (Channel / Brokers/Referrals).
2. Ensure proper implementation & execution of relationship management & investment advisory strategies. Aim to increase the penetration of existing customers along with increasing the wallet share.
3. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. Interact with new customers to detail & explain all features & functions of products & assist in onboarding of customers.
4. Ensure service levels are constantly improving and maintain customer stickiness.Well, understand of various loan products, operations, Compliance and people management.
5. Experienced in managing the entire gamut of Retail Sales (Secured & Unsecured Products) & Banking activities; distinguished capabilities of administering customer-centric banking operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms
6. Capabilities in spearheading sales, service, and distribution of banking products across assets and liabilities services for various customer segments through sales teams along with multiple channels like bank branches, relationship teams & other alternate channels.
7. Expertise in generating new and repeat business by performing various marketing activities and providing product information in a timely manner; determining customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
8. Competent in exploring potential business avenues & managing marketing & sales operations for achieving business targets; knowledge of harvesting untapped business opportunities
9. Gained extensive knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering and KYC Analysis; in-depth understanding of all processes connected with Banking industry including basic RBI obligations & guidelines
