1) Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of Sales & Marketing team.
2) Provides team leadership and sets vision, direction and operational excellence for the B2C sales processes.
3) Responsible for budgeting & control of annual marketing plan - forecasting, expenditure control, effectiveness monitoring
4) Responsible for customer billing, business outlooks, annual B2C business budgeting & monitoring, monthly revenue reporting and on time revenue collections.
5) Receives guidance and support from the business enabling teams and CEO.
6) Responsible (co-create) for the financial modelling of new business, which includes risk analysis & solutions.
