Head - Sales
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Team Management :
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability within the team.
Market Expansion :
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the country.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Sales Planning :
- Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Revenue Growth :
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer/client/dealer acquisition.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
Skills / Background:
- Experienced Sales professional, with around 12-15 years' experience, of this around 3 to 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing, preferably from a similar industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and sales management experience, along with strong ethical standards, are needed
- Superb leadership ability
- Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- A Management degree from a reputed college
- Data oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
