Head Sales - Apparel, Inner Wear and Casual Wear
Sales & Distribution - Will be responsible for sales of growth of the area, Achieving the Primary and Secondary Target, Implementing effective sales & marketing strategies for sales growth.
Identifying and driving strategic priorities for the region.
Responsible & accountable for P&L of Pan India.
Responsible for appointing distributors & sub distributors for Pan India.
Responsible for New Business Development through increasing selling points.
Cost controls & loss prevention management.
Responsible for handling Top line & Receivables from Trade Channel
Responsible for Strategic Alliances with Corporate sales
Responsible for Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develops plans for the expansion & development of the growing sales channels for Personal care and identify future growth opportunities for various product segments in these channels.
Understands Business Vision and develop sales strategy for Personal care in alignment with the business vision for the achievement of annual sales targets, expansion & retention of the market / customer base and development of a strong brand proposition.
Experience :
MBA or PGDM, Minimum 14-22 years of experience in Apparel, Inner wear and casual wear, Industry.
