Job Description

The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and developing a strong brand presence in the highly competitive industry. This leadership role will oversee the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of products, ensuring the company's products are prominently featured in the market and effectively positioned to target consumers, distributors, and retailers. The ideal candidate will combine market expertise with strong sales leadership skills to deliver results.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies specifically for the market, including OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), distribution channel, CSD, E-Commerce Market places, Indirect Exports.

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

- Position the brand as a leader in innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction within the market.

- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and support needed to achieve sales objectives.

- Drive the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, focusing on both (dealerships, wholesalers) and B2C (end consumers) channels.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with car manufacturers, dealerships, and e-commerce platforms.

- Monitor sales performance, track progress toward targets, and adjust strategies to maximize growth and profitability.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring that team members have clear objectives, development plans, and the necessary tools to succeed.

- Build a culture of collaboration between sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and shared objectives.

- Work closely with the product development team to identify gaps in the market and contribute the design of new products based on customer needs.

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to product features, pricing, and positioning.

- Collaborate with customer service teams to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

- Evaluate sales tools, technologies, and systems to streamline sales processes, enhance productivity, and improve sales effectiveness.

- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with the sales team to provide feedback, address challenges, and recognize achievements.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying focused on key objectives.

- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners. With minimum 10+ years experience.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable sales and marketing strategies.

- Results-driven with a strong ability to deliver on sales and marketing targets.

- High level of energy, motivation, and commitment to excellence.
